Obala gives your team a private AI research assistant for security, intelligence and investigative work. It combines purpose-built Obala models with document understanding, reusable knowledge bases and personal memory, all in one secure web application.

Private by design

Conversations, uploaded files and knowledge bases are processed inside your organisation’s private Obala Cloud workspace. Web search is optional and asks before each search goes out.

Obala Synapse models handle in-depth research, reasoning and everyday workflow, so your analysts can move from first question to finished assessment without switching tools.

Register for Command

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR), based on US dollar list prices at approximately R16.48 to the US dollar (October 2026), and exclude VAT. A Command block of 20 seats is R461,400 (USD $28,000) per month. Law-enforcement organisations are placed on Obala Cloud Standard by default. Seats are allocated in order of registration and confirmed for your organisation before access starts.

Getting your team on Obala

Obala Cloud is available by registration. There is no self sign-up: every organisation is confirmed before access starts.

  2. Confirm your seats

    We confirm availability, the plan and the terms for your organisation.

  3. Start working

    Your administrator receives access, creates accounts for your team and assigns each user to their plan.
